Strawberry-chocolate yoghurt bark

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a 10-by-15-inch rectangle.
  • Scatter the sliced strawberries over the yogurt mixture, then sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
  • Freeze until very firm, for at least 3 hours.
  • Once frozen, cut or break the bark into 32 pieces for serving.
