
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract.
- Spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a 10-by-15-inch rectangle.
- Scatter the sliced strawberries over the yogurt mixture, then sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
- Freeze until very firm, for at least 3 hours.
- Once frozen, cut or break the bark into 32 pieces for serving.
