Chicken wraps

Grilled chicken wraps with fresh vegetables and a sauce
INGREDIENTS
  • 500g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons spice mix (a mixture of cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, and chili powder or choose you’re own)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozarella
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
  • Marinate the chicken with the spicemix, pepper & salt, and vegetable oil.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for about 6-8 minutes.
  • Continue cooking until chicken is golden brown
  • Mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, and lemon juice.
  • Adjust the consistency by adding more yogurt or lemon juice if needed.
  • Warm the tortilla wraps for about 10-15 seconds in the microwave.
  • Spread a tablespoon of sauce onto the tortilla.
  • Lay the chicken on 1/4 of the wrap and make a cut into the wrap untill the middle
  • lay the rest of your toppings on the other sides of the tortilla
  • Now wrap it and enjoy!!!
