Açai Bowl

Acai bowl with fresh fruits and granola, healthy breakfast
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 packs of frozen acai puree (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Toppings: sliced fruits (banana, berries, kiwi, etc.), granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, nuts, honey, or any toppings you prefer
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
  • Run the frozen acai packs under warm water for a few seconds to slightly thaw.
  • Break the acai packs into chunks and place them in a blender.
  • Add the frozen mixed berries, ripe banana, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using) to the blender.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender occasionally to ensure everything is well mixed.
  • Once blended, pour the acai mixture into a bowl.
  • Top your acai bowl with your favorite toppings such as sliced fruits, granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, nuts, and a drizzle of honey.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
