Chocolate pretzels

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 bag of pretzels (any shape you like)
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white chocolate, depending on your preference)
  • Optional toppings: sprinkles, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, etc.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
  • Pour the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • Dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, using a fork or a chocolate dipping tool to fully coat it.
  • Shake off any excess chocolate and place the chocolate-covered pretzel on the prepared baking sheet.
  • If desired, sprinkle your choice of toppings over the chocolate-covered pretzels before the chocolate sets.
  • Once all pretzels are coated and decorated, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
  • Once the chocolate has hardened, remove the pretzels from the refrigerator and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
