Ingredients:
- 1 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- 2 slices of your favorite bread
- Butter for spreading (optional)
- 1-2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter or olive oil.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet, be carefull so the yolk doesn’t crack.
- Season the egg with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
- Continue cooking until the egg is set but still moist, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Toast the slices of bread to your desired level of crispiness.
Optionally, spread butter on the toast while it’s still warm.
- Place the eggs on top of the toasted bread slices, dividing them evenly.
